Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
